Nonpayment and Repeat Violation Evictions

Foothills Regional Housing is seeking proposals for eviction services related to nonpayment and repeat violations. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing and filing petitions, serving petitions, appearing in court, presenting cases, and obtaining judgments. The firm must follow all steps and procedures set forth by Colorado and Jefferson County Law. The Authority anticipates roughly 80-100 evictions each year. Proposals will be evaluated based on proposed fees, relevant experience, and process. • The selected firm will provide pricing sheets related to the eviction process. • The firm must have experience with eviction services in Colorado. • The firm must be able to provide a sample schedule for the eviction process. • The firm must be able to negotiate fees with the Authority. • The firm must be able to provide references and undergo further interviews if required.
