WEATHER FORECASTING AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The Wyoming Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide general weather forecasting and management services. The contractor will provide weather forecasts and management services to meet the needs of the Wyoming Department of Transportation and the Transportation Management Center (TMC). The services will include weather data information, observations, forecasts, and weather advice. The contractor will also provide unlimited, toll-free telephone access to their Weather Center. • The contractor will provide weather forecasts for each site listed in Attachment A at the specified frequency. • The contractor will provide weather management services as described in Attachment B, Scope of Work – WYDOT TMC. • The contractor will comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor will provide a work plan that meets the needs of the RFP and indicates a thorough understanding of the scope of the work. • The contractor will provide a company profile and experience, including a company summary, office location, company size, and statement of technical areas of expertise. • The contractor will provide reference information, including a minimum of three trade references. • The contractor will provide a cost proposal that includes the total fixed price for all activities related to this RFP.
