The County College of Morris is seeking a vendor to provide complete commencement regalia (caps, gowns, tassels, etc.) and diploma covers for its graduation ceremonies. Vendors must meet the technical specifications outlined in the full RFP, comply with New Jersey affirmative‑action, disclosure, and business‑registration statutes, and submit a physical proposal by the deadline.
