Relational Health Curriculum for Families and Children Trainer

Multnomah County’s Healthy Families program is seeking a qualified trainer to deliver a two‑day, in‑person curriculum for its home‑visiting staff and to provide ongoing technical assistance for up to two years. The curriculum must cover early relational health, infant and early‑childhood mental health, child‑development stages, trauma‑informed approaches, and must include practical tools, handouts, and brief therapeutic interventions. The contractor must also supply culturally responsive materials and demonstrate experience with diverse families, including those impacted by substance use, mental health challenges, and child‑welfare involvement. The contract caps total invoiced services at $35,406 and includes a one‑year term with an optional one‑year renewal.
