The Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified contractor to fully restore the metal roof of the Okaloosa County Archives Warehouse located at 5479 Old Bethel Road, Crestview, FL. The work includes inspection, removal of deteriorated roofing components, replacement of fasteners, washers, and neoprene washers, rust treatment, ridge‑cap repair, gutter repair, sealant application, and a final inspection with a 10‑year manufacturer’s watertightness warranty. All work must comply with current building codes, industry standards, and county insurance and safety requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically via OpenGov by the deadline.
