THIRD PARTY CLAIMS

The Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority is seeking a Third-Party Claims Administrator to provide comprehensive claims administration services, including Workers' Compensation, Casualty and Property Claims, Loss Analysis and Reports, and On-Call Emergency Field Investigation Response. The contract will be for a duration of 4 years. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing these services to the Water Authority. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing claims administration services for Workers' Compensation, Casualty, and Property Claims • Conducting loss analysis and reports • Providing on-call emergency field investigation response • Meeting the requirements outlined in the Scope of Work (Appendix A) The Water Authority is looking for a qualified contractor to provide these services, and the successful bidder will be selected based on their proposal.
