Fire Station 25 HVAC and Roofing Upgrades

The City of Seattle is seeking a consultant to provide Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services for Fire Station 25 HVAC and Roofing Upgrades. The project includes replacing the existing HVAC systems with high-efficiency, all-electric systems and replacing the existing roof due to deficient conditions. The consultant will be responsible for designing the work, developing documents for bidding and construction, and administering the construction and completion of the project. The consultant should have experience with similar scope, including HVAC upgrades, roofing, and occupied facilities, and should be able to demonstrate compliance with ADA, ANSI, and applicable codes. The project is expected to start in May 2026 and be completed by December 2027. • The consultant will be responsible for designing the work, developing documents for bidding and construction, and administering the construction and completion of the project. • The consultant should have experience with similar scope, including HVAC upgrades, roofing, and occupied facilities. • The consultant should be able to demonstrate compliance with ADA, ANSI, and applicable codes. • The consultant will be required to attend a mandatory pre-submittal conference on April 29, 2026. • The consultant will be required to submit a proposal that includes a statement of qualifications, minimum qualifications, and a consultant inclusion plan.
