Full Child Support Services

The State of Wyoming, Department of Family Services, Child Support Program is seeking a vendor to provide full child support services for six judicial districts. The vendor will be responsible for providing services such as case management, enforcement, and collections. The contract will be for a period of four years, with the option to extend for an additional two years. The vendor will be required to provide a detailed work plan, staffing plan, and budget proposal. The evaluation criteria will include proposer background and experience, staffing and project organization, proposer's project work plan, approach to contract performance, and cost analysis. • The vendor must have experience in providing child support services, including case management and enforcement. • The vendor must have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale child support projects. • The vendor must have a detailed understanding of the child support system and the requirements of the project. • The vendor must be able to provide a comprehensive and practical plan for project management and control mechanisms. • The vendor must be able to provide sufficient resources and knowledgeable staff to meet the requirements of the project.
