SWR - Lake Stevens Well Electrical Repair Project

The Snohomish County PUD is seeking a contractor to perform electrical repair work at the Lake Stevens Well No. 2. The project includes removing and re-installing the well's column pipe, submersible pump, motor, electrical cable, and associated appurtenances. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, fuel, transportation, permits, and miscellaneous parts needed to complete the project. • The project is located at 2008 131st Ave NE, Lake Stevens, WA 98258. • The contractor must be registered on the District's Small Works Roster in the category "Water Pump and Well - Repair, Replacement, and Rehabilitation" at the time of bidding. • The contractor will be required to submit a Site-Specific Safety Plan and provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all products used on the project. • The project must be completed within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed. • The contractor will be paid based on a lump sum bid, with payments made for completed work.
