Audio Visual Preventative Maintenance and On-Call Services

The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority is seeking a qualified firm to provide on‑call and preventive‑maintenance services for audio‑visual (AV) equipment throughout San Diego International Airport. The contractor will be responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, and updating a broad inventory of AV systems—including speakers, amplifiers, paging systems, video walls, control panels, structured cabling, and related power distribution—across multiple airport terminals and ancillary facilities. Services must be available seven days a week, with rapid response categories for critical outages and twice‑yearly preventive‑maintenance visits.
