The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) is conducting market research to identify firms capable of designing, manufacturing, procuring, delivering, installing, integrating, testing, and commissioning Modular Power Enclosures and Modular Secure Communications Enclosures. The requirement includes providing pre-manufactured/factory-fabricated modular power enclosures and modular secure communications enclosures for high-capacity power generation and secure communications applications at various CONUS locations. The scope of work includes designing, manufacturing, procuring, delivering, installing, integrating, testing, and commissioning the enclosures. The Government is interested in modular or factory-integrated solutions that can reduce field installation time, improve quality control, support factory acceptance testing, allow disassembly/relocation, and accommodate future expansion.
• Modular Power Enclosures supporting approximately 2.2 MW site loads configured for N+2 redundancy
• Modular Secure Communications Enclosures accredited under ICD/ICS 705 and UFC 4-010-05
• Electronic Security Systems including Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Video Surveillance Systems
• Self-contained fire suppression, fire/smoke detection, and alarm systems
• Hardened, weather-resistant enclosures meeting RC-IV Wind and RC-III Seismic standards
