WINHAM WATER WORKS WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM VALVE INSERTIONS

The Windham Water Works is soliciting bids for the water distribution system valve insertions project. The project involves the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the completion of valve insertions into the live water distribution system at three locations in Willimantic and North Windham, CT. The contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the work. The project requires the installation of 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch valve inserts of the Open Left type. • The project involves work at three locations: 478 Valley Street, Willimantic, CT; intersection of Airport Road and Stone Gate Drive, North Windham, CT; and 258 Mansfield Ave, Willimantic, CT. • The contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the work. • The project requires the installation of valve inserts of the Open Left type. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
