Revenue Sharing Poster Sales Events Services

The University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee is seeking a qualified contractor to fully staff, equip, and manage its bi‑annual poster‑sales events, providing cash registers, point‑of‑sale processing, and all merchandise for sale. The contractor will retain all gross sales revenue but must remit a minimum commission or guarantee to the university after deducting Wisconsin sales tax. The contract is a one‑year term beginning August 1 2026 with automatic annual renewals for up to four additional years, and includes both a mandatory Fall event and an optional Spring event. • Provide all personnel (cashiers, setup/tear‑down staff) and equipment (PCI‑compliant cash registers, tables, chairs). • Supply and sell poster‑related merchandise (posters, prints, frames, hangers, etc.) across a broad set of categories. • Collect gross sales, deduct 7.9 % WI sales tax, and pay UWM either 15 % of net revenue or a minimum guarantee ($5,000 Fall, $1,000 Spring), whichever is higher, within 30 days after each event.
