Description
The City of San Francisco Department of Public Health seeks qualified firms to deliver specialized, project‑based technical resources and time‑limited backfill staffing to support Phase 4 of its Electronic Health Record (EHR) initiatives and maintain continuity of critical IT operations.
• Provide skilled IT consultants and engineers to upscale and sustain EHR systems.
• Offer backfill personnel to fill temporary gaps and ensure uninterrupted service.
• Work under a project‑based contract beginning 01/01/2027, with scope defined by DPH’s critical IT needs.
• Proposals due by 08/24/2026; award anticipated September 2026.
• Pre‑proposal conference scheduled for 06/10/2026 (optional).
