The City of Salisbury is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive live‑production services for a three‑day city festival, covering four distinct stage configurations. The contractor must supply all staging, lighting, audio, back‑line equipment, and fully staffed crews for load‑in, event operation, and load‑out, as well as handle permits, insurance, and rapid equipment repair response.
