Electronic & Industrial Waste Recycling Services

Eastern Kentucky University seeks qualified, financially‑sound recyclers to provide a comprehensive, as‑needed recycling program for the university’s industrial waste, glass, cardboard, plastics, paper, and electronic waste (excluding data‑retention devices). The contractor must operate roll‑on/roll‑off trucks to service the campus compactor, supply appropriate containers (Gaylords), and deliver waste to approved recycling facilities while complying with all state and federal regulations. The contract will run from award through June 30 2027 with the possibility of up to four one‑year renewals. • Collect, transport, and recycle e‑waste, glass, cardboard, plastics, paper, metal, wood, and other industrial waste on an as‑needed basis. • Provide roll‑on/roll‑off trucks compatible with a Marathon RJ‑250‑SC compactor and supply Gaylord containers for materials. • Submit compliance documents, facility inspection reports, insurance certificates, and audited financial statements; respond to a detailed questionnaire and acknowledge all addenda.
