Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a full‑service annual contract for the installation, maintenance, and removal of LED holiday lighting on trees and structures throughout the downtown area. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, materials, and run power cables to permanent or temporary panels, covering the entire holiday season. This is an open competition; a pre‑submittal conference and optional site visit are offered to clarify scope and logistics. Bids are submitted through the SAePS portal after vendor registration.
