The County of Collier is seeking a vendor to provide, install, and later remove premium commercial‑grade LED holiday decorations for the Bayshore Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) area. The scope includes rental of lighting and decorative items, full installation (including burying extension cords, waterproofing connections, and ensuring all fixtures are operational), monthly night inspections, and prompt repair of any issues. All work must be completed by November 14 2026 and removed by the third Monday in January 2027. The contract is a one‑time purchase; the award will go to the lowest responsive quote. Vendors must meet extensive insurance requirements and be E‑Verify compliant.
