Description
The 502d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio‑Lackland is conducting market research (Sources Sought) for a Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and replacement services for electronic access control (EAC) and secure door hardware across the installation. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and supervision needed to service card readers, electric strikes, magnetic locks, panic bars, door closers, locks, frames, and associated wiring and power supplies. Work will be performed during normal business hours with emergency response capability (2‑hour on‑site response) and must comply with Air Force security, safety, and environmental regulations. The BPA will be task‑order based; each call order must be completed within seven days of material receipt.
• Repair, adjustment, and troubleshooting of existing EAC hardware before replacement.
• Provide OEM or government‑approved equivalent parts; submit specifications for any equivalents.
• Qualified, background‑checked technicians with appropriate certifications.
• 7‑day performance window per task order; emergency calls require 2‑hour on‑site response.
• Work hours: 7:30 am‑4:15 pm, Mon‑Fri; no service on Federal holidays.
• Contractor responsible for quality control plan, hazardous waste handling, and all associated permits.
