Army Trademark Licensing Program

The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide licensing support services for the Army Trademark Licensing Program (ATLP). The contractor will be responsible for identifying prospective licensees, negotiating licensing agreements, and managing those accounts. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining existing licenses and generating new licensees authorized to market products bearing the Army's marks. The contractor's activities will be an extension of the Army's existing marketing and advertising program, with a focus on young adults and influencers. The contractor will be required to provide quarterly royalty reports and to monitor the marketplace for unauthorized use of the Army's indicia.
