Budget estimate

$76,720 – $115,080

The budget for this opportunity is not explicitly stated, but it can be estimated based on the lease term and the square footage of the space. Assuming an average annual rent of $20-30 per square foot, the total annual rent for the 1,918 square feet of space would be $38,360 to $57,540. Over the course of a 2-year lease, the total budget would be $76,720 to $115,080. However, this is just a rough estimate and the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specific terms of the lease.
