Description
The City of Philadelphia’s Public Property Department is seeking a vendor to supply parts and labor for the repair of various class‑400 equipment (e.g., sod cutters, snow blowers, power washers, etc.). The solicitation is a micro‑purchase (MI) and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote both the parts item and the labor item; failure to quote all items disqualifies the bidder. Delivery of goods or performance of services will not begin until the Department notifies the selected vendor.
• Item #1 – Parts for repair of class 400 equipment (NIGP 936‑40). Quantity: 1 lot.
• Item #2 – Labor charge for repair (NIGP 936‑40). Quantity: 125 hours, unit HR.
• Must submit a signed Consent & Authorization Agreement before the first bid closing.
