AGO - Forensic Proficiency Testing Services - 2026

The Ohio Attorney General’s Office (AGO) is seeking a vendor to provide forensic proficiency testing services for the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI). The services include various types of tests such as tenprint examination, controlled substance, THC quant, firearm comparison, latent print processing, questioned documents, handwriting, gunshot residue, DNA (STR/YSTR), and DNA parentage. The vendor must be ISO/IEC 17043 accredited and provide documentation of accreditation with the quote. The contract term will be for the calendar year of 2026, beginning January 1, 2026, and ending December 31, 2026. • The tests must be delivered to the Bureau of Criminal Investigations located at 1560 St. Rt. 56 SW, London, OH 43140. • The vendor must ensure tests are blind, randomized, and unique per participant. • The vendor must provide secure result reporting and performance summaries. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that offers the lowest priced responsible and responsive submission.
