Description
The County of San Berardino is establishing a five‑year Master Supply and Installation Agreement for its Memorial Bench Donor Program. A qualified vendor will provide a catalog of commercial‑grade memorial benches and plaques, furnish fixed unit pricing, and perform turnkey installation services at County‑managed parks, trails, and recreation sites on an as‑needed basis. No minimum quantity is guaranteed; work is ordered via individual purchase orders. Vendors must meet California licensing, DIR registration, prevailing‑wage, apprenticeship, insurance, and warranty requirements, and must be able to handle site verification, utility coordination, ADA compliance, and post‑installation cleanup.
• Supply a full product catalog of bench models, materials, finishes, dimensions, and memorial plaques with price schedules.
• Provide fixed unit pricing, maintain price firmness for the contract term, and submit invoices monthly for work performed under County purchase orders.
• Perform complete installation services—including site preparation, anchoring, concrete work, utility clearance, ADA compliance, and waste removal—while adhering to all applicable codes, safety standards, and prevailing‑wage regulations.
• Maintain required licenses, DIR registration, insurance (general liability ≥ $1 M, workers’ comp, auto, umbrella), and submit certified payroll records monthly; comply with apprenticeship ratios where applicable.
