Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking vendors to supply a range of building‑material hand tools (hammers, mallets, crowbars, pinch bars, pry bars, ripping bars, etc.) under a three‑year contract. Bids must be submitted electronically through the County Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal by 12:00 PM on 13 Nov 2026. The solicitation requires completion of all Appendix A forms, including certifications, compliance statements, and a quarterly consumption report. Delivery terms are FOB‑delivered with freight prepaid; invoices are payable net 30 (or 15 days for certified LSBE vendors). No paper bids are accepted. The contract will be awarded at the County’s discretion after evaluating responsiveness, price, and compliance with local‑preferral rules.
