RFP-898 Architect FSS London SOB Exterior Repairs

The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering & Contract Administration is seeking professional design services for exterior repairs and improvements to the London State Office Building in London, Kentucky. The selected consultant will provide complete architectural and engineering design services necessary to deliver a fully coordinated set of construction documents suitable for public bidding. The scope of services includes building envelope and masonry repairs, roof edge drainage and scuppers, windows, entrances, and glazing systems, entrance canopies and soffits, and exterior concrete, railings, and protection elements. • Building Envelope and Masonry Repairs • Roof Edge Drainage and Scuppers • Windows, Entrances, and Glazing Systems • Entrance Canopies and Soffits • Exterior Concrete, Railings, and Protection Elements The project budget is $3,740,000.00 for design and construction. The selected consultant will be required to provide a minimum of three references from similar projects. The project schedule will be confirmed during design.
