Workers' Compensation Third Party Administrator

The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking a Workers' Compensation Third Party Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative services in compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. The selected administrator will be responsible for claims administration, medical management, return-to-work coordination, reporting, and support. The administrator will work collaboratively with the City to deliver full-service Workers' Compensation administration. Key responsibilities include claims processing, medical management, utilization review, claim payments and reserves, settlements and claim resolution, litigation support, customer service, technology, and communication.
