MAA-SV-27-002 Operation of Parking Shuttle Bus Service BWI and MTN State Airports

The Maryland Aviation Administration is seeking a contractor to operate a parking shuttle bus service at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI) and Martin State (MTN) airports. The service will provide no-charge transportation to airport patrons and their luggage between the airport terminal building, public parking facilities, employee parking lots, and other airport facilities. The contractor will be required to operate the service 24/7, every day of the year. The key responsibilities of the contractor will include: • Operating the airport shuttle service seven days a week, 24 hours a day, every day of the year • Providing transportation to airport patrons and their luggage between the airport terminal building, public parking facilities, employee parking lots, and other airport facilities • Responding to emergencies and providing immediate bus service to the airfield upon direction of the administration • Maintaining the shuttle buses and ensuring they are in good working condition • Providing customer service to airport patrons and responding to their inquiries and concerns.
