Description
The City of Waterbury’s Department of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive VoIP maintenance, support, software assurance, and carrier services for its Mitel phone system. The contract will span five years, beginning July 1 2026 and ending June 30 2031, and will cover all hardware, software updates, troubleshooting, and ongoing service level agreements to ensure uninterrupted communications across the district’s schools and administrative offices.
