Finlay Park Music and Festival Planning Contractor

The City of Columbia is seeking a contractor to provide music and festival planning services for Finlay Park. The contractor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, promoting, and executing high-quality public events that activate Finlay Park as a premier downtown destination. Services may include event concept development, entertainment booking, vendor coordination, production planning, sponsorship support, marketing assistance, logistical coordination, day-of event management, and post-event evaluation.
