Closed-Loop Payment Processing System

The State of Nevada is seeking a vendor to provide a Closed-Loop Payment Processing System. The system should be able to handle cash management services, including budgeting services. The vendor will be required to respond to the RFP with a detailed proposal, including pricing and technical information. The evaluation period is expected to take place from January 6, 2020, to January 15, 2020, with vendor presentations scheduled for January 27-28, 2020. The contract is expected to start on April 1, 2020, contingent upon Board of Examiners (BOE) approval. • The RFP includes a detailed timeline for the submission of questions, proposals, and evaluations. • The vendor must sign and return the amendment with their proposal. • The contract will be for a period of approximately 3 years, from April 1, 2020, to July 1, 2023. • The State of Nevada reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
