FEMA’s Logistics Management Directorate is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of providing on‑site generator maintenance, testing, and related support services at four CONUS locations (Atlanta, GA; Fort Worth, TX; Greencastle, PA; Tracy, CA). The scope may include preventive and corrective maintenance, load‑bank testing, provision of specialized tooling, vehicles, consumables, and documentation.
