RFxPremier Online Market Platform

The Cooperative, RFxPremier, is seeking vendors to provide an Online Marketplace Platform that allows for capabilities for both availability and pricing of products. The purpose of this RFP is to establish one or more Master Agreements with qualified bidders to provide an Online Marketplace Platform. The objective of this RFP is to obtain best value, and in some cases, achieve more favorable pricing than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous state and local government entities. Key points to consider: • The Master Agreement(s) resulting from this procurement may be used by Eligible Entities including all states, cities, counties, districts, other political subdivisions of any State, Institutions of Higher Education, K-12, quasigovernmental entities, service districts, healthcare institutions, transportation districts, tribes/tribal organizations, or nonprofit organizations—and suppliers, with no membership or registration required. • Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 PM CST on August 21, 2026. • Late proposals will not be considered. • The solicitation is available on the Lead Entity's procurement system website using the following link: https://www.txsmartbuy.gov/esbd/RFPB260005 or the PPA RFxPremier website at: https://www.rfxpremier.org/
