The County of Middlesex is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑service, automated conveyor‑belt car wash services for its fleet of approximately 479 vehicles (131 sedans, 184 SUVs, 92 pickup trucks, 72 minivans). The service must include vacuuming, exterior wash, and interior/exterior window cleaning, performed twice per month per vehicle. The vendor must create a “house account,” issue receipts with license plates, and submit a vehicle‑tracking plan. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, 12‑month agreement with an optional second 12‑month renewal at the same rates. Bids are submitted electronically by November 5, 2026, and the award will be made to the lowest total lump‑sum bidder.
