Description
Palm Beach County is seeking qualified vendors to provide automotive upholstery services under a term contract. The contract will be awarded on an hourly‑rate basis; the vendor must supply all labor, equipment, tools, and materials required to repair or replace vehicle interior components (seats, headliners, door panels, etc.). The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder who meets all licensing, insurance, and small‑business participation requirements. Subcontractors must also be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service system. The work is performed on County‑owned vehicles or facilities as needed, and invoicing occurs only after services are rendered and accepted.
