Request for Proposals for Instructional Coaching Services

The New Hampshire Department of Education is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive instructional coaching services focused on K-4 literacy. The selected vendor will collaborate closely with the Agency, school-based personnel, and key stakeholders to enhance literacy instruction, build coaching capacity, and improve reading proficiency across identified K-4 schools. The scope of work includes providing high-quality services such as collaboration and capacity building, coaching and implementation supports, and documentation, evaluation, and development. The vendor must meet the required qualifications, including a Master's Degree or higher in Education, and have experience in teaching reading in grades K-4, implementing evidence-based reading intervention programs, and facilitating adult learning and delivering instructional coaching and mentoring. • The vendor will participate in weekly coordination meetings with Agency staff and monthly collaborative planning sessions with school leaders and literacy coaches. • The vendor will provide daily support to school-based literacy coaches and attend monthly literacy leadership team meetings. • The vendor will design and deliver professional development on a quarterly basis to build the capacity of school-based coaches. • The vendor will provide coaching and implementation supports, including biweekly coaching meetings and ongoing professional support. • The vendor will maintain organized documentation of all coaching services and participate in ongoing Agency-sponsored training and literacy networks.
