Description
Jefferson County is seeking a qualified firm to provide appraisal services for the County Assessor’s Office for the 2027 fiscal year. The contract is a one‑year agreement with an optional one‑year renewal, and the services are required on an as‑needed basis for commercial and complex property types. Appraisers must be Missouri Certified General Real Estate Appraisers in good standing. The scope includes narrative appraisals, complex property appraisals, review of those appraisals, and hourly appraisal assistance. Pricing must be submitted for each service type and will remain fixed for the contract year.
