Temporary EC (Exceptional Children) Staff Instructional Assistants Staffing Service

Henderson County Public Schools is seeking a qualified staffing agency to provide temporary Exceptional Children (EC) Instructional Assistants. The assistants will support low-incidence, intensive intervention classrooms across district elementary, middle, and high schools. The primary objective is to maintain uninterrupted, compliant special education support, behavioral management, and personal care services for students with significant disabilities. The contractor will be responsible for recruiting, background-checking, credentialing, employing, and placing temporary EC Instructional Assistants upon request from HCPS. • The contractor must provide a company overview, licensure and screening verification, cost proposal, litigation statement, and references. • The contractor must comply with all federal and state laws, regulations, and executive orders. • The contract term is for one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. • The contractor must provide itemized invoices for each Instructional Assistant assigned to work in the district. • The contractor must comply with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and maintain the confidentiality of student records.
