RFP – EXTERNAL AUDIT AND TAX COMPLIANCE SERVICES

The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership (SLEDP) is seeking proposals from qualified Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms to provide external audit and tax compliance services. The selected firm will perform annual independent audits of financial records for multiple affiliated entities and prepare a Single Audit Report, as well as provide related tax compliance services. Key details of the Request for Proposal (RFP) include: * The contract period will be for up to three years, covering fiscal years 2026, 2027, and 2028. * Proposals must be submitted electronically by 3:00 PM CT on April 30, 2026. * Interested firms can contact Josh Ayers, Chief Financial Officer, to schedule a meeting to discuss the specifics of the audit. * Technical assistance is limited to providing clarification on RFP instructions, definitions, or terms, and all questions must be submitted in writing. * The selected firm will be required to perform audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book).
