This solicitation seeks qualified contractors to completely replace the roof on Alfred J. Gomes Elementary School and perform related accessibility upgrades to bring the facility into ADA compliance. The work includes full‑tear‑off of existing roofing, installation of a TPO roof system, asbestos abatement, replacement of roof‑drainage and flashing, integration of blue‑roof stormwater controls, and preparation for future solar installation. Numerous trade‑specific sub‑bids are required for metals, waterproofing, roofing, metal windows, tile, resilient flooring, painting, elevators, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
