The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a single‑vendor, Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide a full‑service holiday‑decor rental solution for its Florida facilities. The contractor will design, procure, ship, install, remove, and store seasonal decorations, manage on‑site logistics, and ensure compliance with VA security, insurance, and background‑check requirements. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price with a base year and up to four one‑year options, totaling a ceiling of $9.5 million.
• Annual rental, installation, removal, and storage of Christmas/holiday decorations for multiple VA sites (Bay Pines campus, Lee County Healthcare Center, and several CBOCs).
