RFQ - Denver Logistics Services SSI Warehouse Gravity Flow Shelving with Installation Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to provide Schaefer Systems International, Inc. (SSI) gravity flow shelving with installation services for the Denver Logistics Services (DLS) warehouse. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing 117 gravity flow racks, including 108 add-on shelves and 9 starter shelves, at the DLS warehouse located at 1 Federal Center, Building 810, Denver, CO 80225. The contractor must provide all necessary supplies, services, labor, tools, and materials to complete the installation. The contract will be awarded to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be technically acceptable with the lowest evaluated price. • The contractor must provide SSI gravity flow add-on shelves and starter shelves with a capacity of 5,500 lb. per rack. • The contractor must deliver and install the shelves within 30 days of award. • The contractor must provide installation instructions and other necessary documentation for each rack. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a commercial standard warranty for one year.
