The U.S. Air Force Medical Command (AFMEDCOM) is seeking non‑personal advisory and assistance services (A&AS) to support its medical Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) programs. The contractor will provide technical, analytical, and subject‑matter‑expert support for DAF medical CBRN readiness, consequence management, and policy development. Work includes research, analysis, development of CBRN strategies, coordination with inter‑agency partners, preparation of requirements documents, and participation in training events. The effort will be performed primarily at the Defense Health Headquarters in Falls Church, VA, with occasional travel within the CONUS and potentially overseas. The Government will retain all intellectual property, and the contractor must meet security clearances (Tier 3/Secret) and comply with extensive CUI and classified‑information handling requirements. This solicitation is an RFI only; the Government does not intend to award a contract or pay for responses.
