PEPRO Communications Shelter - Helena-Lewis & Clark NF

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a vendor to design, manufacture, transport, and install a PEPRO Communications Shelter for the Helena-Lewis & Clark National Forest. The contractor must be capable of procuring, delivering, and installing the equipment within 18 months of contract award. The shelter requires a high degree of technically competent personnel and a manufacturer’s certification of training to install PEPRO shelters and maintain the 20-year warranty. Key features of the PEPRO shelter include: • Minimal ground disturbance with integrated fixed radio sites • Faraday cage technology for lightning protection and electromagnetic interference protection • Articulating tower that eliminates the need for tower climbing • Turnkey site installation service to reduce delays and errors The contractor must also ensure compliance with the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) and a noxious weed abatement program for the site.
