Architecture and Engineering Services: Police Headquarters Project

The City of Columbia is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms to serve as the lead design professional and project manager for the renovation and conversion of its existing facility at 2810 LeMone Industrial Boulevard into a new Police Headquarters, including site improvements and supporting infrastructure. The consultant will be responsible for all phases of design (schematic, design development, construction documents), permitting, construction‑bidding assistance, construction administration, and project close‑out, acting as the single point of contact for the City throughout the project lifecycle. • Full‑service A/E scope: architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, security, and specialty public‑safety systems. • Project management duties: schedule development, coordination of sub‑consultants, stakeholder meetings, progress reporting, budget monitoring. • Deliverables: schematic design, design development, complete construction documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, permit sets, bid‑phase support, construction administration reports, record drawings. • Must hold Missouri licensure for architects/engineers and provide a Certificate of Authority. • Qualifications due September 11 2026; questions due August 28 2026.
