RFQ: Susquehanna River Road Corridor Safety, Shared-Use Path and Quarry Park Access Improvements

The Town of Port Deposit, in partnership with WILMAPCO, is seeking a multidisciplinary planning and engineering consulting team to develop a comprehensive safety, mobility, and access plan for the Susquehanna River Road corridor. The scope includes engineering analysis for road safety improvements, design feasibility for a shared‑use path linking Granite Avenue to Octoraro Park, and access planning for the upcoming Hopkins Quarry Park.
