Description
The Texas Governor’s Commission for Women is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full‑service audio‑visual (AV) design, equipment, installation, operation, and teardown for its 2027 Texas Women’s Leadership Conference and Legislative Luncheon. The events will take place February 2‑3, 2027 at the JW Marriott Austin and require AV support across multiple ballrooms, breakout rooms, and pre‑function spaces. Scope includes providing projectors, screens, video switchers, digital audio consoles, wireless microphones, lighting rigs, drapes, high‑speed internet, on‑site technical staff (audio technicians, video technicians, show callers, stage managers, strike crew), and a technical point of contact.
