ES BLDG 1624 RM 203 VTC & A/V Upgrade - FY27 RFQ

The contract will modernize and sustain the Video Tele‑conferencing (VTC) and Audiovisual (A/V) system in Conference Room 203, Building 1624 at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA. The contractor must supply all hardware, software, labor, installation, integration, testing, documentation, training, preventive maintenance, and long‑term technical support, while ensuring compliance with DoD security standards (NSTISSAM TEMPEST/2‑95) and using DISA‑approved equipment. The effort is a firm‑fixed‑price procurement with a base year of performance and up to four one‑year option extensions, totaling a possible five‑year contract term. • Provide full upgrade of VTC/A/V hardware (Poly Studio X50, Cisco Room Kit, PTZ 4K camera, displays, UPS, control panels, etc.) • Perform installation, integration, programming, testing, and deliver detailed documentation and training for government personnel • Deliver ongoing sustainment services: 1‑hour remote response, on‑site response within one business day, twice‑annual preventive maintenance, and 16 hours of annual support • Must meet 100 % total small‑business set‑aside and NAICS 238210 requirements, and comply with all applicable labor‑law (Davis‑Bacon) and security regulations.
