Website Usability Study

The Nevada State Purchasing Division is seeking a vendor to conduct a website usability study for the Nevada Division of Tourism. The study should identify the strengths and weaknesses of the website, understand the areas that need revision or improvement, and gather feedback on specific features and functionality. The vendor will be responsible for designing and developing a research program, recruiting participants, conducting interviews, and analyzing data. The contract is expected to be for a term of two fiscal years, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028. Key aspects of the project include: * Conducting qualitative one-on-one interviews with website visitors * Developing a screener and discussion guide * Recruiting participants and providing incentives * Conducting video recordings of interviews and analyzing data * Providing a final report with recommendations * Working closely with the Research Analyst and Research Director at NDTCA
