The State of Tennessee’s Department of Commerce and Insurance is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive court reporter services across the agency’s divisions. The work includes attending hearings, board meetings, and depositions (both in‑person and virtual), producing certified transcripts, handling expedited and next‑day delivery requests, and providing related administrative tasks such as notarization and postage. All reporters must hold a valid Tennessee court‑reporter license, comply with state statutes and the Uniform Transcript Guidelines, maintain required insurance, and register for state sales/use tax. The contract is a pro‑forma indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity agreement with a maximum liability of $55,000 and runs through June 30, 2030. • Provide full‑day, half‑day, and overtime court‑reporter coverage as needed. • Deliver transcripts within 30 calendar days (regular) or faster for expedited/next‑day services, billed per‑page at the rates set in the solicitation. • Maintain required insurance (general liability, auto, professional/cyber) and adhere to strict confidentiality, debarment, and immigration compliance provisions.
